2026 in numbers
Bar passage, 2025
- First-time takers from ABA schools passed at an aggregate 84.10% (up from 83.02% in 2024).
- 92.15% of 2023 graduates who sat for a bar exam had passed within two years (up from 90.52% for 2022 graduates).
- July 2025 MBE national mean: 142.4 — the highest July mean since 2013.

Employment, class of 2024
- 81.4% of graduates in full-time, long-term, bar-admission-required jobs (up from 79.3%) — a record for a class of 38,937.
- Unemployed and seeking: 4.7%, an all-time low.

Admissions, 2024–25 cycle
- 76,609 applicants (+18.3%) — the highest volume in over ten years, per LSAC.
- Fall 2025 entering 1L class: 42,817 (+7.9%), across 196 ABA-approved schools.
